Here at BookingSuite, we recognize that property owners have different needs and values. That’s why we built two distinct plans, WebDirect and WebComplete, to meet the diverse requirements of every type of accommodation provider.

To demonstrate this, let’s take a look at two completely imaginary hotels who happen to be the dream partners for each of our plans. Prepare to let your imagination run wild!

WebComplete

Dream Partnership 1:  Queen of the Hill Hotel + WebComplete

Queen of the Hill Hotel is a stunning property situated atop Seattle’s beloved Queen Anne Hill. Queen of the Hills location is unbeatable; it overlooks the Puget Sound, famous Mt. Rainier, and the sparkling Emerald City. The hotel is within walking distance to some of Seattle’s most tasty restaurants, night-life attractions, and historical landmarks.

Queen of the Hill’s Marketing Manager, Susy Lu, is highly involved in her digital marketing and understands that her website is her hotel’s face to the world. She’s a hands-on kind of marketer who likes having control over her hotel’s website content.  She’d rather not leave such things to a webmaster or agency and when she wants an update to her website, she wants it made immediately!

Susy needs a site that features all the luxurious amenities her property has to offer with striking photos and alluring content.  Incorporated in the hotel is a breathtaking restaurant and a swanky lounge, both overlooking Seattle’s urban playground. Aside from the hotel’s seasonally heated infinity pool, it also offers a full-service spa and some pretty grand wedding facilities.

BookingSuite’s WebComplete plan is ideal for accommodation providers like Susy, who want a sophisticated, feature-rich web presence with lots of content options. If you are the type who is actively involved in your digital marketing, then this plan is for you. WebComplete includes  multiple options for managing ARI, booking engines choices, detailed analytics, and an advanced content management system that is easy to use.

Queen of the Hill Hotel is the perfect match for WebComplete because it doesn’t just offer accommodations, but impressive onsite amenities that deserve their own pages. WebComplete will give Susy the flexibility she needs by promoting unlimited pages, content, and photos.

WebComplete helps Susy build her brand by offering a full range of website design options that perform flawlessly on all devices. Plus, she’ll reach guests from all around the globe with WebComplete’s translation offerings: She gets her site translated into three languages of her choice, plus English, right from set up. More languages are available for a fee.

Finally, Susy prefers paying for her services in one predictable monthly fee. WebComplete is a subscription plan costing €299 (or approximate equivalent in local currency) per month. Basically a match made in heaven.

WebDirect

Dream Partnership 2: The Blake Hotel + WebDirect

The Blake Hotel, is a quaint, chic property, located just two blocks from the bustling Chelsea market in Manhattan. The Blake is delightfully decorated, primely located and highly rated, but because it doesn’t have extra amenities (no pool or horse stable),  its sole purpose is to provide guests with basic lodging. And so it does, it provides its guests with the basics, in a clean, comfy, stylish way.

Other than having all of the core necessities, the hotel’s best asset is its superb location. Chelsea is a charming neighborhood bursting with raw Manhattan culture. It is the perfect locale for hipsters, foodies, or anyone who is looking to soak up the abundant art galleries the neighborhood has to offer.

The owner of the Blake Hotel, Ross Leonards, has a lot on his plate and is extremely busy with an array of other projects. Thus, he doesn’t have the time to be actively engaged in his digital marketing. Ross has an outdated website that struggles to attract guests and rarely captures direct bookings.  While Ross is a fella who enjoys stocking all his shelves by putting some of his inventory on Booking.com and other OTAs, he’d love to get more direct bookings through his actual property website. If only it functioned better!  Ross has definitely heard it from a hipster or two that his website wouldn’t render on their tablets or phones.  Sorry, Ross!

Ross is a prime example of a property owner who would benefit tremendously from our WebDirect plan. Yay Ross!

WebDirect is ideal for smaller properties who list on Booking.com and want a sophisticated web presence with very little effort and no financial risk. This is the simplest, quickest plan we offer. Partners can launch a website in three steps by seamlessly importing their property’s existing photos, room descriptions, and location details right from their Booking.com listings.

With WebDirect’s innovative content management system, Ross can easily update content at anytime across all devices.  That’s right, Ross will be a hit with anyone who makes their travel plans on tablets or smartphones, AKA, more than half of travelers today. Nice one, Ross!

WebDirect further streamlines the mangment of Ross’s online business by syncing availability, rates, and inventory with the Booking.com extranet.

WebDirect is a completely risk-free plan: Property owners like Ross only pay 10% of each booking made through their property website. This makes WebDirect an extremely cost-effective way to drive direct bookings. Zoom zoom!
